Delivery

My item is damaged. What do I do?Damage must be reported and noted on the drivers paperwork on the day. We do not accept “unchecked” or other variants. Once the driver has left the premises we will not be able to accept damages.
Can I have express delivery?Yes, we charge an additional £100.00 for express delivery which is within 7 working days.
Can I pick my day?On request this may be possible. Our deliveries are optimised to be as fast and as efficient as possible and we may not be able to accommodate.
What are your delivery times?Delivery times on all our products are 10 - 15 working days. Often quicker.
How do you deliver?

We deliver using our fleet of vehicles in anything ranging from a small van to 7.5T LGV.

Our driver will call you on the day to let you know what time to expect them. It is a single manned delivery and on-site help may be required.

In instances where we cannot deliver due to location or timeframe we may use a courier at our discretion.
