Thank you for visiting and shopping with Bear Metals Limited. Below constitutes our shipping and delivery terms and conditions;

Shipment Processing Time;

Orders are processed within 15 days of receipt excluding weekends and bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipment may be delayed by up to 5 days. In exceptional circumstances where the delivery date is to be delayed beyond 20 working days we will contact the customer to arrange a timed delivery.

Delivery Day;

The customer will be notified of delivery no less than 48 hours prior.

Our driver or delivery agent will deliver “curbside”. Where practical and reasonable they will assist further.

Heavy goods will require an additional person on site to receive the delivery. If this isn’t available then this will constitute a failed delivery and will be rescheduled.

Paperwork;

Our driver will provide a delivery note with the delivery, this will be signed and returned to us. Please check your delivery carefully as once this is signed we cannot accept returns for damaged items.

We do not accept paperwork signed as “unchecked”

If the customer is not present and we have been asked to deliver to an unmanned site this will constitute as being delivered in satisfactory condition. We will not accept liability to any damages.
